The Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation is an Iranian charitable organization, founded in March 1979 to provide support for poor families. The organization gives charity boxes to volunteers to put their money it them and every month the organization’s official collects the money in the charity boxes. Biased news channels raised doubts about where the collected money goes. They said it goes to Gaza instead of the poor in Iran. This lie led some people to lose their trust in the organization.
